2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2024.

3. The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of killing the daughter of the informant and concealed her dead body.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. Petitioner is an old widow lady and she is the mother-in-law of the deceased. He submitted that

There is no allegation with regard to demand of dowry against the petitioner in the F.I.R and no motive has been assigned for killing the informant's daughter. Petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
