Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Barahia P.S. Case No. 151 of 2020 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The allegations levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58495 of 2022(3) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 are general and omnibus in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahia P.S. Case No. 151 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
