JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioners stopped the vehicle of the informant and after pulling out the informant from the vehicle the accused persons assaulted the informant when petitioner Kariya Singh on the point of country made pistol snatched `20,710/-. It is also alleged that the accused persons were demanding extortion from before.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53356 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 petitioners are students and except against petitioner no.1 Kariya Singh, the accusation is omnibus and general against all. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Buxar Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 164 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Buxar. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
