2. This is an application for quashing the F.I.R. of Muffasil (Lakho O.P.) P.S. Case No. 467 of 2023 registered for the alleged offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and further for quashing of the order dated 18.07.2023 passed in Letter No. 460M by the Mines Development Officer, District Excavation Officer, Begusarai.
