2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act 2022 . 3 . As per prosecution case, it is alleged that 360 liters illicit liquor kept in cartoon were recovered from the shop in question .

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the rented shop of the petitioner which was given on rent to one Karu Ji by the

6. Considering the facts of the case and clean antecedent of petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise Patna City in connection with Khushrupur Police Station Case No. 337 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
