The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 120B and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty politics and previous enmity. Further he submits that from perusal of first information report itself, it is apparent that there is specific allegation of firing against the co-accused Ossama. It is also
