2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 354-B, 326, 427, 447, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, there is allegation of assaulting the informant, her younger sister and her mother, for the purpose making pressure to compromise earlier case filed by informant's mother.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are agnates, grand-mother, grand-father and other family members of the informant. There is a dispute between mother and father of the informant and there is a case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that earlier on the similar allegations, the mother of the informant had filed the case in which the petitioners are on bail and the present false case has been instituted by the informant. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each

No.63207 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 3/3 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
