This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent no. 5 , the District Education Officer, Nalanda for consideration of the case of the petitioner for grant of regular pay scales along with all monetary consequential benefits from the date of initial appointment in the light of Judgment dated 11.05.2018 in CWJC No. 8963 of 2018 passed by this Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.13424 of 2024(3) dt.28-11-2024 2/2 Court and also to direct the respondent/s to dispose of the representation dated 18.06.2024 filed on behalf of petitioner. 3 . In view of the prayer made on behalf of petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with direction to concerned respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the representation dated 18.06.2024 (Annexure - 6) filed by the petitioner, in light of the Judgment dated 11.05.2018 in CWJC No. 8963 of 2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court and passed speaking and reasoned order, after hearing the parties preferably within a period of three months from the date of copy of receipt of this order.
