The petitioner being the sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after five years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is married since long and was residing with her husband in Haryana. The accusation is specific
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53491 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 against the husband of the victim.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Shri S.K. Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
