2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 11.05.2015 passed in Cr. Revision No. 116 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1317C of 2012 by the learned 4th Additional and Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran by which the learned court has dismissed the criminal revision filed by the petitioner and upheld the order dated 04.03.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at the stage of Section 319
