The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No.281 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 304 of Indian Penal Code. The petitioner claims to be a Doctor practicing in Biochemic medicines and is charged with treating daughter-in - law of the informant to facilitate the delivery of the child. Although Mr. Dhaneshwar Mishra learned counsel appearing for the petitioner refutes the allegation but the statement recorded in the case diary reflects that the petitioner not being qualified for the job has done the act which has led to the death of the daughter-inlaw of the informant.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52985 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 No case for anticipatory bail is made out. The bail application is dismissed. The petitioner should surrender and pray for regular bail and which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits by the court below.
