Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. It is further submitted that co-accused Rikhi Sahani along with two others had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 19534 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 15-4-2024. It is further submitted that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to Rikhi Sahani and others had noted the facts of the case in details and thereafter had granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. It is next submitted that the parties

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62113 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 have compromised and the case of the petitioner is on a similar footing to that of Rikhi Sahani and others.

Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023.
