1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated

Patna High Court MJC No.2882 of 2024(3) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 24.11.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No.12153 of 2021, the Superintendent of Police (Personnel-1), Bihar, Patna, has passed a reasoned order dated 13.09.2024, as per the directions of the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna, whereby and whereunder, the claims of the petitioners have been rejected. A copy of the said order dated 13.09.2024 has been handed over to this Court, which is taken on record.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 13.09.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
