1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case no.378 of 2023 registered under section 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that on a raid being conducted, the accused Ashok Mahto was taken into custody. Further on search being conducted in the house, a country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from under the bed of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case only for the reasons of his being the son of the aforesaid accused Ashok Mahto. Even from the contents of the F.I.R, it would

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the FIR together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 10.7.2023 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case no.378 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura.
