Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S.Case No.114 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354(B), 427, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant and her husband by lathi and also tore the blouse of the informant and took away her locket.

No.57747 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is partition between the parties and there is case and counter case. Allegations are general in nature. Informant happens to he wife of the younger brother of the petitioner no.1.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aaria in connection with Bhargama P.S.Case No.114 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
