JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 120(B), 420, 467, 468, 471, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that Anjani Kumar has executed the sale deed in favour of different persons where petitioner is an identifier and on that account he has also been made an accused. As per prosecution case Anjani Kumar has no legal right to execute the sale deed as the land is belonging to the informant.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioners, namely, Ram Ratan Das and Sunil Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6324 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 @ Sunil Das, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Begusarai in connection with Mansurchak P.S. Case No. 45 of 2015.
