JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 06-09-2024 The instant application has been filed for modification and correcting the typographical error which has occurred in order dated 20.7.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no.42951 of 2024.

2. Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner in reference to paragraph no.4 of the order dated 20.7.2024 submits that the submissions noted to the effect that 'the husband of this petitioner has also been enlarged on regular bail', is a typographical error. It is further submitted that though the said submission has not been taken as one of the grounds for grant of bail to the petitioner Madhuri Devi in the order dated 20.7.2024, however nevertheless the same being an error, the same be deleted and for this reason the instant modification

3. Having heard learned counsel for parties and having perused the material on record, it is ordered that part of the sentence in paragraph no.4 of the order dated 20.7.2024 which is to the effect that 'the husband of this petitioner has also been enlarged on regular bail', stands deleted and shall not be read as part of the order dated 20.7.2024.

4. The application stands allowed to the above extent.

5. This application is disposed of.
