2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has been filed for modification/extension of time of the order dated 09.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42442 of 2025 on the ground that the petitioner could not surrender himself before the concerned trial court within the stipulated period. Counsel submits that the reasons for the failure to surrender before the trial court within the stipulated time have been adequately explained in the application, and assures that in future, such mistake shall not occur.

3. Learned A.P.P for the State submits that there is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60152 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 delay of one month only.

4. As such, in the light of the submissions made as well as grounds mentioned in the application, four weeks' time from today is hereby granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned trial court.

5. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, the present Cr. Misc. application is hereby allowed and order dated 09.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42442 of 2025 is modified up to that extent.
