In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No.99 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation has been made against the petitioner and others that they have assaulted the father of the informant on temporal region by brick, as a result of which, the victim became unconscious and later on, he was declared dead. The petitioner is in jail since 5.6.2015.

Looking to the nature of allegation and means used for such crime, let the petitioner-Suraj Ravidas be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6247 of 2016 (2) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi, in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No.99 of 2015.
