The petitioner is in custody in connection with Viashali P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019 for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has not produce the documents of vehicle.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand)
