The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016, G.R. No. 124/2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 420 and 409 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that on information received by the informant that the petitioner being the Headmistress of the School was selling two bags of rice delivered to the School for Mid-Day-Meal to nearby grocery shop, he and alongwith others came in the School and saw that the villagers assembled in the School and protested and brought the rice in the School premises and the wife of grocery shop's owner stated that the rice was sold by the petitioner.

It is further submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 12,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to final disposal of the case.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 12,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to final disposal of the case and on doing so, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 10/2016, G.R. No. 124/2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
