This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 186 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused persons is setting the victim lady on fire on account of non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband is in custody and as far as the petitioner is concerned, he is the brother-in-law of the victim lady and there is general and omnibus allegation levelled in the fardbeyan as well as no specific

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60990 of 2017 (3) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 allegation of any sort of overt act has been levelled against the petitioner herein. The petitioner is said to be having a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S.
