' Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present bail application has become infructuous in view of the condition laid down by the court below vide order dated 16.11.2021 by which the petitioner was granted liberty to renew the prayer for bail after framing of the charge. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move before the court below in terms of the condition as laid down vide order dated 16.11.2021.
