2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarbagh P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim causing grievous injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and his brother have also got injured in the incident and there is counter case also. Learned counsel submits that both the parties are agnates and there is previous land dispute between them. The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Kumarbagh P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024.
