One country made pistol containing two live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 19.7.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in Janki Nagar P.S. Case no. 92/2015.
