The grievance of the petitioner is that though a charge-sheet has been filed in this case but during investigation the Investigation Officer did not follow the direction of the Superintendent of Police and has not collected the important piece of evidence which could have thrown much light on the case in question.

This Court, directs the Superintendent of Police,

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1358 of 2021(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 Vaishali at Hazipur (respondent no. 5) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and in case it is found to be correct, remedial measures be taken at once within a reasonable period. Petitioner will also be at liberty to seek his remedy for further investigation by filing appropriate application before the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hazipur as well as in the learned court below which will be considered in accordance with law.

This application stands disposed of accordingly. Certified copy of this order shall be made available only after removal of the defects.
