The accusation against the petitioner is that he misused the privilege of bail for near about 18 years, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 33/2012 arising out of Tekari P.S. Case no. 53/1994 pending in the court of Adhoc. Addl. Sessions Judge II, Gaya stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
