The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, while the informant was returning with the collection money of Rs.5.56 lacs (approx) accompanied by co-accused Chitranjan Sharma, owner/user of Mobile phone No. 8866922959 (petitioner) and other five unknown persons, in conspiracy forcibly snatched the said money and fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation. Test Identification Parade has not been carried out till date. Rs. 29,000/- said to have been recovered from the petitioner's possession, has not been put on TIP. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 1.8.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in Chanpatia Police Station Case No. 291 of 2021.
