The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in Bakhari P.S. Case No. 47 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

The accusation is of misappropriating the money under MANREGA and BRGF schemes. During enquiry, the SDO, Bakhri found that in one of the schemes the work order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7108 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 was issued by the petitioner being Panchayat Secretary. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was disposed of on 16.10.2012 vide Cr. Misc. No. 31136 of 2012 with liberty to pray for regular bail after surrendering within six weeks. Thereafter, modification application was filed vide Cr. Misc. No. 14380 of 2013 wherein the period of surrender was extended by four weeks vide order dated 03.04.2013. Thereafter, another modification was filed vide Cr. Misc. No. 2140 of 2014 wherein the period of surrender was further extended by four weeks vide order dated 15.01.2014 and then another Cr. Misc. No. 37408 of 2014 was filed for renewing the prayer for anticipatory bail. The same was disposed of vide order dated 18.02.2015 and now again the prayer has been renewed on the ground that the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail and petitioner is ready to deposit the alleged misappropriate amount.

In view of this Court, the petitioner is misusing the process of the Court by filing several applications. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revise the earlier order. It is made clear that no further application will be entertained.
