Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2019. Allegation is that when he, along with others, was apprehended on suspicion that they were preparing to commit dacoity, from possession of the petitioner, two cartridges were recovered. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of the charges against the petitioner or after two months from the date of

No.59734 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 receipt of a copy of this order whichever is earlier, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Sadar Police Station Case No. 153 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learnedcourt below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
