The petitioner seeks bail in Ekma P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 392 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A), 302, 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.11.2019. Vide order dated 09.02.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that only Investigating Officer is to be examined and the date is fixed on 07.04.2022.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to
