Perused the report of the court below dated 25.1.2016 from where it appears that out of seven witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the witnesses, who were examined, have not supported the case of the prosecution. He has also submitted that even the brother-in-law of the petitioner has also not supported the case of the prosecution. The petitioner is in jail since 16.6.2014. At present, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner above named. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy
