JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners be granted liberty to file objection before the Certificate Officer, Bhojpur and in the meantime, no coercive steps be taken against them.

In view of the limited submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file an objection before the Certificate Officer, Bhojpur within a period of four weeks from today and in case such an objection is filed, the Certificate Officer shall consider the same and pass the final order. It is further directed that till the passing of the final order, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners. However, in case no objection is filed within four weeks, the Certificate Officer shall proceed ex parte.
