2. The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 118/2024 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 147/148/149/341/342/323/325/307/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal code.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against eight named accused persons including the present
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62182 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 2/3 petitioner against whom there is an allegation that petitioner along with the other accused persons have assaulted the informant's father with iron rod due to which informant's father sustained injuries and taken to the hospital for the treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners and informant are agnates and scuffling took place due to the land dispute between them. He further submits that on perusal of the injury report, it seems that injuries sustained by the informant's father are simple in nature. He further submits that he has one antecedent in which he is on bail
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner
6. Considering that fact that petitioners have one antecedent and the fact that injury sustained by the informant's father are simple in nature which is apparent from the injury report which is annexed as Annexure-P/2, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the trial Court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City
