Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and her family members as a result whereof four persons including informant sustained injury but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that there was land dispute between the parties and persons from side of the petitioners, too, sustained injuries and a complaint case was filed by the prosecution party. It is also pointed out that out of four injured persons, one injured Ganesh Paswan sustained grievous injuries i.e. on forearm and leg which are not vital part of the body. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8046 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amrendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui/ concerned court in Laxamipur P.S. Case no. 165/2015.
