JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-04-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy of revision under Rule 32(6) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the Revisional Authority in terms of Rule 32(6) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016. If such a revision is filed within a period of 30 days from today the same will be considered by the Revisional Authority
