The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of injuries sustained by the informant and the specific allegation of causing injury with pasuli against the co-accused Suresh Mahto, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection
