The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nadi Thana P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of boat, the boat belongs to the father of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the boat belongs to the father of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55154 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Naugachia, District Bhagalpur in connection with Nadi Thana P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018, subject to condition that one of the bailor should be father of the petitioner.
