Taking into consideration that illegal factory for manufacturing of country-made liquor, was unearthed from rice mill of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014 pending in the court of Mr. L. K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Buxar stands rejected.
