Learned A.C. to A.G submits that he has not received any instruction.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order of his suspension as contained in Memo No.2292 dated 07.09.2018. The petitioner being a chowkidar is under suspension for about two years and there appears that no departmental proceeding has been concluded.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I direct the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur to conclude the departmental proceeding,

Patna High Court CWJC No.24028 of 2018(3) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 if any, within four months from the date of receipt of this order failing which the order of suspension of the petitioner shall stand revoked and the petitioner would be entitled to get his salary.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
