The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 364(A)/120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that petitioners along with unknown co-accused persons had kidnapped his son which is aged about nine years, for the purpose of ransom. It is further alleged that they threatened him that if he would not fulfill the demand, they will kill his son. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioner is innocent and have committed no offence. The

The victim was recovered and statement of 164 of Cr.P.C. has been recorded, wherein, he did not disclose the name of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 11.02.2022. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Cheriabariarpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai.
