Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7691 of 2016 (2) dt.21-07-2016 2/2 her death on 13.12.2015, they could not surrender for the purpose of bail.
In the above circumstances, it is directed that date of surrender in the order dated 5.11.2015 shall be extended to a period of four weeks from today with regard to the three petitioners.
