The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021 registered under Sections 8(b)/18 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 62108 of 2021 on 14.07.2022, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62661 of 2022(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, NDPS Act, Gaya in connection with Barachattia P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
