Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
FIR named persons including the petitioners were apprehended by the police on suspicion that they were involved in committing theft of cash from the A.T.M. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Submission is that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55304 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No. 396 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
