The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 05.10.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24230 of 2015 on the ground that the petitioner is suffering from enlargement of prostrate and he is required to be treated at I.G.I.M.S, Patna which is evident from the certificate of Medical Board vide Annexure-4. Considering the alleged recovery, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his such prayer is again hereby rejected.
However, the Jail Superintendent, Madhepura is directed to get the petitioner treated as per the certificate of Medical Board dated 12.12.2015, and for that, the Jail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12643 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 Superintendent will take all the positive steps so that the petitioner may be treated properly.
