The learned State counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in the counteraffidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 1 to 3, submits that the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
