Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua PS Case No. 71 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the IPC.

Daughter of the informant was killed for non fulfillment of dowry by the accused persons and the petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that other coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the marriage was solemnized in 2010.
