Considering the relief as sought for in the present writ petition, and in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of State of Karnataka & Others vs Ameerbi and others, reported in (2007) 11 SCC 681, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner, as the selection of Anganwari Sevika is of the year 2019. However, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy before the competent Civil Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.13266 of 2024(2) dt.05-09-2024 2/2 in accordance with the provision of guidelines, for the relief as sought for in the present writ petition.
