JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Chriyabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 354 (B), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation of the demand of Rs.10,000/- is against petitioner No. 2 and allegation against petitioner No. 1 is that he tried to outrage the modesty of the wife of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that prior to that case petitioners side has lodged a complaint against the informant and others and there is delay of seven days in lodging the F.I.R.

No.55142 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul at Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No.44 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
