2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant expressed his suspicion regarding involvement of petitioner and other FIR named accused persons on the ground of previous dispute, in killing of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye-witness to the occurrence. Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner and other coaccused persons on the ground of previous dispute. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court, vide orders annexed at Annexure - 3 series. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - V, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016.
